My take:
I did read his explanation on not wanting passerby to see him in that situation hence rolling up window…..that’s plausible
He was being a dick and could’ve been more cooperative
Cops were over-responsive with the sheer number of those on site.
Cop at window was justified in being irritated.
BUT, they did not need to be as reactive yanking him from the vehicle. He was attempting to dislodge himself from a cramped super car.
If they take a breath and allow a tad more time, we are not in a tizzy right now.
That’s my non-emotional take.

Separate the individual and what is legal. From the first video it shows his window was down and he stopped. Second video shows his window down and handing over his license and whatever else that was asked. From here anyone could then roll their window back up. The law does not state how much to roll it down or if it must stay down. This is when hand tattoo cop escalates the situation. Write the tickets and move on. It is on the police to remain professional and not escalate.

We usually have different opinions but it’s difficult seeing people not understanding what is legal and what rights individuals have, especially with interacting with the police. And I’m a huge believer in FAFO with police. This was unnecessary

I don't get it either. I abhor government overreach and defend the rights of the people. Including the rights of LEO when they know their own laws. When they make up their own rules? frick em.

Watching the video again from this angle changes the narrative of a few of our posters. When requested the second time, Hill DID roll down his window. Just not fully. It was cracked enough to communicate with the officers (who knew it was Hill and said so to the others officers withing 20 seconds of arriving). The rest is just Ego trip. They were hands on with in less than 60 seconds after the interaction starts. There is no need for that even if he was being a jerk.
