I dont know how or why we still have the issue of multiple officers giving conflicting or at least different orders. Only one should be talking. If another officer has an issue, bring it up with whoever is the talker.

He rolled the window down and then rolled it back up. The cop then knocked on his window again. He could have had a gun as far as the cops knew. The thug got what he deserved, and the video proves it.

Case closed. Not only did he stop when told, roll down windows and provide DL when told, he complied a 3rd time and rolled his windows down.

Jesus fricking Christ. Any time they ask you to roll it down you lawfully must obey that order. It isn’t “you only have to lawfully obey the order once then you can ignore it”

Why did he want it back down? He never articulated why. That isn’t lawful after hill handed over his ID for the cop to then go run it. Again mind you supposedly this car isn’t registered to him and they haven’t ID’d him. They broke procedures then detained illegally, they will be sued and tax payers will pay for this which is something so stupid.

Why is it when NORMAL frickING PEOPLE get pulled over, there is no incident... yet when these idiots get pulled over, they have to act like this? Window down. Car off. Give the cop what he asks for. Accept the ticket. Say thanks. Drive away. Mouth off to friends later about how badass you were.
Don't be retarded and nothing happens, and more often than not you just get a warning or they write the ticket for something less severe than what you did.
