That Cuban cop was on a major power trip. Hill certainly didn't help the situation, but that cop was out of line.

Speeding- rolls down his window to give dl & ins and rolls back up- cop wants his window all the way down the entire time . Not a reason to force him out of the car period. Then he's put on the concrete to hand cuff. Then jumped on to force to sit because he didn't sit fast enough for them. Then you gonna be a total ____ to others that are 30 ft away threatening arrest. They were jerks the whole time.
There's a ton of cop hatin pieces of crap out there ,and I get why in some cases . The majority are GOOD COPS. There's no reason they couldn't have written his tickets and handed them through the 3" crack in his window and him be on his way. Idiot cops deserve suspensions
