I guess players are back to high rake underground games.

This right here. They have the best morning show anyway, but the amount of gambling those two get into and it’s their big sponsor will be great.

The Texas politicians need to get off the casino take and at least pass legal poker rooms. I know Windstar pumps a ton of money to lobby against making poker legal in Texas.

Had no idea it was illegal. Was just talking with a guy at Harrahs and he was telling me how juicy the PLO games were at Prime.

John and Lance are answering people on Twitter. Basically they thought that they had a loop hole and will challenge:

Ferritta (golden nugget guy) must have dumped a large campaign donation to the Harris County’s Sheriff’s re-election campaign just prior to these raids.

How are the games in LC these days? Best place to play? Last time I was there, they were running 15-20 tables (a whole boat floor) at the Isle, with ridiculous action. Probably 10-15 years ago.

Best room these days? L’auberge, Golden Nugget?

Went last weekend and LC was dead. Used to have a 5 hr waiting list. Walked up in GN and LB and no wait.

GN has six poker tables I believe,
I don’t think they care about a few more Texas players.

kind of dead. nugget still usually fills up. lauberge used to have 8 rooms packed Fri/Sat and some Thursdays but had to cut the room to 5 and doesn't always fill that up. those houston rooms killed the super high 2/5 games (used to have 2 at LDL and 1 at GN every weekend)

that all depends but i haven't really been playing much the past 1.5 years so i'm out of the loop
