This is stupid.

This sounds like two drunk kids being silly with an on going joke.

I’m glad this has tied up three branches of government.

IF they were serious, just let it play out. This won’t get past trying to get a bunch of homeless mercenaries on a sailboat to attack Haiti.

This plan had a 0.0% chance of working. Methhead morons.

If allowed to progress, they would never even make it to the island. Even if they somehow managed to succeed they’d be killed the same day by mainland baws. They should have left this fantasy as just things discussed while high.
