I have been saying that for a long time. They have absolutely no idea how people act in other countries (and here). In some parts of the world, brutality is just accepted

Well all of his racism claims were rejected by everybody who investigated including the EEOC.

And that's another weird angle of it...society is so addicted to social media that this a-hole wanted to film it and then immediately start uploading it to Twitter and Facebook. It's like the attention whore gene overpowers even the most primal notions of murder. It's so strange.

They almost always do a live look in 15-20 minutes before the actual story. Plenty of time to get anywhere in a small city like Roanoke...especially at 5am
