I've watched hundreds of videoed shootings. Unless you headshot someone or shoot them in the spine they have plenty of time to run, scream, etc until they bleed out.

I watched the video. What I want to know is how in the hell did they not see him pointing the gun at them? He was standing there for 10 seconds literally right in front of the reporter's face with a gun pointed at her. I don't know how he managed to stay unseen.

I work in the sports media and that really isn't surprising. When you're locked in then you're in the zone. You just kind of blur out what's behind the cameraman and assume it's just someone wanting to watch. Not anymore.
