Two people shot near Walmart on College Drive

BATON ROUGE - Two people were transported with injuries after a shooting on College Drive Tuesday evening.
The incident was reported around 7:15 p.m. near the Walmart parking lot on College. BRPD confirms they are investigating the situation.
Sources tell WBRZ two people were transported from the scene, their injuries are not life threatening.

I figured. It was named after a state so it had to be bad by now. Baton Rouge was a nice little place back in the late Sixties when my dad was in law school. Virtually no crime or traffic back then.

You are 10 years older than me but I remember a lot of NBR being decent. Most of SBR still is. The area around Alaska Street is one of several exceptions.
