College drive from Corporate to Perkins has gone from bad to worse. Just look at the street, the curbs, the litter, the bums, etc.
If this damn city would take a little bit of pride and fix the busiest street in town, maybe these trash would conduct their shootings elsewhere. I'm not saying that cosmetic fixings will make it all better, but someone try something.
