I think I see some more either in partially hidden or in background working (hard to tell these days), but that one is definitely not caring if she hurts some feelings for still working at Twitter.

Truth is women in tech have a huge landing zone. They will be snatched up quickly.
Typical male coder is going to need some hella connections to jump from somewhere like twitter and land anywhere close to level.
I was joking about the H-1Bs, but those guys will eat shite for years while looking to jump. They can be damn near slaves just to stay in the US.

They not only need a new job; they need a new corporate sponsor.
Happens in the engineering world a lot. Allows some consultant groups to keep prices a lot lower.
