I don't doubt there are visa workers in the pic. I doubt it's all of them, and of course I doubt the claim that they don't want to be there simply because they are on visa.

From my experience, the ones on visa couldn't give less of a frick about any of the shite going on and just want to do work.

Another reason the pictures might be different.
The first picture is not of computer coders and tech geeks. It's the sale and PR and advertising and communications department. These are NOT the people/departments the USA gives out visas too.
