Elon finding out in real time it's easier to bend the laws of physics than to run a social media company. No matter what you do, half the people will always be pissed. Humans beings are complicated.

He’s learning more how unhinged the hardcore left actually is on Twitter (and online in general). They will pick at every single weakness you show relentlessly and hold you to an impossible standard that they themselves don’t/can’t live up to
That’s the best part of all of this, he either turns twitter around or burns it all down but either way those most useless in our social will have to go back to posting on Reddit or DU and will lose their precious blue checks and ability to be quoted on news articles

The number of people who have seemingly failed to take the time, or don't care enough, to actually understand what the new policy entails says a whole lot.
There are people who are big mad who won't lose a thing over the new policy, yet they're willing to close down their most successful social media platform and online presence because they think they're supposed to be mad over this.
It is all a bit humorous.

Elon would still be doing everyone a great service if he ran Twitter into the ground. It’s nice to get live updates on games that aren’t televised, but that’s about it.
