Turned down my dream job today

It pays about 40k less than I’m making now and they think I will be unhappy making less.
Money isn’t everything and I’m pissed right now. So what is more fulfilling? Being content from day to day or having money to travel the world?

Context would help. $920k instead of $960k isn’t a big deal. $30k vs $70k is.

It is all relative, are you making $800K and would be making $40K less or are you making $80K and would be making $40 less?
