As the cover nears closing on another decade of life, I was reminiscing. Over the years, quite a number of words has appeared on TD. The vast majority worth as much as the ink used to make them. Other posts and threads, especially on the OT, have had a harming value. Surely more than one reader of the OT has been lead astray by an evildoer post. The meanness some have shown others has likely led to depression in some, perhaps even suicide in others. The licentious, lustful posts have likely caused others to fall into temptation's wicked clutch, perhaps irreparably injuring a marriage or preventing a relationship from flourishing. Such degrading, at times, is celebrated.

But a new day has dawned here, and I am grateful for all the love and virtue I've seen exploding through the pages of late. In that spirit, I wanted to share with you TulaneLSU's Top 10 Threads of the 2010s. These are only my threads. I do not pretend to make the claim that my threads are the greatest; it's just simplest for me to share my own. I would be thrilled if you made a list of your own top 10 threads and shared them with us.

Unfortunately, many of my very best threads have been retired and are no longer accessible unless you have access to the Classics Board. Here are the ten best that remain. Some of these have more content than the entirety of certain posters 100,000 posts.

10. The offensiveness of WYHI threads

9. Announcing the OT Late Night Bible Study Thread

8. TulaneLSU's 2011 Movie Review Thread

7. TulaneLSU's 2012 Movie Reviews Thread

6. TulaneLSU's Guide to New Orleans Dining

5. Daily Bible Study Thread #202: St. Luke 21-26 (the last DBST allowed before the evildoers deleted my guide to the DBST)

4. TulaneLSU poorboy tours of New Orleans

3. TulaneLSU's history of pizza in New Orleans 1945-1957

2. Why I love going to Walmart

1. TulaneLSU's 2019 Christmas Pilgrimage: Top 10 Christopher Radko Ornaments

Honorable mention:

TulaneLSU's top 72 bread varieties
TulaneLSU's 100 things that make you uncultured and undeserving of respect
TulaneLSU's Top 10 Dishes of Golden Corral
TulaneLSU's 2019 Christmas Pilgrimage IV: Top 10 Christmas Songs
TulaneLSU's Christmas Pilgrimage V: Top 10 Foibles and Flaws of Clark Griswold

Due to the overwhelmingly positive reception of the Christmas Pilgrimage series, I will be publishing TulaneLSU's Advent Pilgrimage: 24 Days of Devotion, Stories, and Top 10 Lists through one of the many online publishing companies, tbd. I seek no profit. Some of you will receive a free copy. All others will be allowed to purchase at printing cost, which I expect will be under $5.

I hope to make a book that is as stylish on its outside as informative and edifying on the inside. A book that looks as good on your coffee table as on your night stand. In order to do this, I need your help.

Could one or multiples of you artists make me a book cover?

I would like it to be very classy. A Christian motif would be nice. The title is TulaneLSU's Advent Pilgrimage: 24 Days of Devotion, Stories, and Top 10 Lists, which needs to be included.

The winning artist will be rewarded with a special thank you in the book. Thank you.

You have got to be the most conceited, self-absorbed poster on this site.

You’re a freak

I do laugh at some of your subtleties sometimes

Like sneaking in a comment that you found something at Hobby Lobby in hour three in that thread

The only threads of yours I liked were the bible reading threads. I actually really enjoyed it, but they got wacked.

Perhaps admins should start posting WYWI would you wack it threads where they openly discuss if they would wack a particular comment or not and why. It could be educational for us.

You ranked your own threads, which was completely unexpected.

One thread that I did not see in the top 10 is “TulaneLSU Humility Thread”, but I didn’t expect that one.

I’ve said this in many of your threads. It’s very obvious you’re trolling, and frankly you’re very good at it. I’m not concerned that you are the person you portray yourself to be.

What deeply concerns me is the amount of time you spend doing this trolling. Seriously man, it’s disturbing. Seek help.
