TulaneLSU,

What a very intriguing topic. Allow me if you will to share ten mementos from my life

Top to bottom:
-Super Bowl 16 license plate purchase for $1 at an antique store in Cuero TX as a youth. It essentially sparked my interest in antique
-Cleveland Browns helmet purchased at the nfl hall of fame gift shop. Went with late uncle as a youth and figured purchase of an Ohio team was warranted
-Maternal grandfathers flask he used to take on the train to Iowa football games
-Late Uncle’s pebble beach hat. He did in fact play it and this was purchased from the gift shoppe
-1946 ky derby race program, only triple crown winner bred in Texas
-1999 big 12 championship watch
-1935 nola fg race program because I was too lazy to find a 10th item
-1992 Boston Redsox, the year of my paternal grandfathers death
-Paternal grandfathers classic lighter (he was not a smoker)
-Michael Schumacher toy car

Thank you for giving me a chance to share with you. I hope I have entertained, delighted, and brought some of my story to you as well.

I look forward to further topics,

Your truly,

Winston Cup Esquire

Friend,

I like your collection. It is very intriguing. My favorite is the Derby program.

Friend,

Thank you for sharing those beautiful items with us. I was particularly drawn to your uncle's Pebble Beach hat. I hope more will be generous in their photos and stories.

Thanks TL for calling out the inanity of NPR icon Andrei Codrescu's writing. Almost gives you a pass for throwing shade on Mrs. Burrow's taste in decor.

Friend,

I followed the link to your scathing review of the Grand Hotel. I have crossed it off my list forthwith. Thanks!

She said no and left me alone with the ring while Mother waited at Morning Call. I still have the ring. With my 1928 edition of the Book of Common Prayer, I am never without this ring. I live in the hope of encountering that lovely lady again. Perhaps if Providence brings us together, she will remember and she will, by this ring, see how steadfast and loyal I am.

Friend,

If you start a private investigative firm, I would think people would line up for your services.
