We had “diversity” in my medical school in the 1990’s.
We accepted a certain % of students from undergraduate minority colleges and allowed them an additional year to complete their first 2 years of medical school.
I also had a gross anatomy partner who was black and graduated at the top of his class at university of Florida.
Guess who (in those groups) I would not hesitate to take care of me?

Yes...because when I'm going on the table and under the knife, I definitely want my surgeon to be ethnically diverse....regardless of how good he is (or isn't) at his craft. frick THAT. i want the best damn surgeon PERIOD. I don't care if that fricker is green. This shite is so out of hand......

Why does no one push back? Like when an institution or company is accused of something, everyone gives in. You never see the accused side giving their side of it.
If you are not a racist institution.. Put out a statement and defend yourself.. Don't just make changes because you were accused of something.
