Those numbers aren't accurate. I'm very familiar with that hospital and salary ranges for those positions.

How in the hell would I know this? I wasn't in the room while she was being interviewed. I know smart people of all sex and races.

If you're asking me if race/gender based hires exist then I would say they do at times.
I don't know the specifics of the applicant pool for this position though. Doctors make a lot of money as is, a good bit make a lot more than this position pays. The combination of these things along with having to live in New Orleans this isnt some great job in my opinion.
