It's not common like it is with white people. I'm sure there's a white kid or two named Barkeveous but it doesn't mean white folks generally name their kids that.

She very well may be incompetent. Tulane does take some chances in their hiring from what I have seen. The hospital is a shite show and maybe one of the worst run hospitals in the HCA system but yall take away from the actual story because all yall want to talk about is a person's name.
