Well, Florida somehow decided to survive the skullfrickery of last hurricane season so I guess you have to get them caught up early in the season this year.

Any guesses what the storm surge will be around Seaside to Panama City...worst case?

My daughter (no pics) and friends are going to Seagrove beach. Tomorrow!

Is it me or has the 5 day NHC forecast track stayed the same for about 48 hours ?

Systems with small cores are so erratic. Now to see if the burst of convection can rotate around fast enough to capture that LLC or will the LLC out run the MLC resulting in a naked swirl alert at sunrise?

Well, considering PC is barley in the cone worst case could mean direct hit. But if it’s a Tampa bound storm, PC could have double reds out Sun-Tue. Red flags out all day today and there were some 5-6 footers rolling in.
