Trying to razz a new Coworker- Suggestions?

I guess I've become the "old guy" at the office... Been working here a few years and I'm kinda known to be a prankster. We have a new chick fresh out of college and I just got my first email from her and she has her pronouns listed... This is really the first time I've seen this and think it would be a great opportunity to welcome her to my antics. Any suggestions on some SFW good natured jabs towards this??

The pronouns thing is not ideal, and kind of hilarious if it's not company mandated, but starting shite over it is gonna get you fired.
