Free.....some people have such severe peanut allergies that even breathing in something with peanuts in the air can cause them to have a severe reaction and stop breathing.
It is why sometimes when you fly they will ask you to not eat anything with peanuts in the flight because someone has a severe allergy.

What if my kid likes peanut butter cake? Or just something with peanuts in it? Can’t your kid just not eat it?
I don’t think anyone is going to intentionally blow peanut dust up his nose or something
So, J doesn't have peanut allergies, his buddy does but it's not just like someone jamming a Nutter Butter up his nose. He can be effected by peanut dust and even things that have peanut oil in them (that's a ton of stuff). If they have the severe version, they can go into anaphylactic shock.

Nope......don’t buy that stuff.
You should trade in your scrubs for leggings one day. What could possibly go wrong?

My kids cry every year when I won't let them participate in halloween. Im not gonna risk my kids going to hell by celebrating the devil. They'll be better christians for it when they get older
So, do you celebrate All Saints Day?

I am a white female. Of course I own leggings.
I just don’t like the printed ones(like that luluroe shite). And they are not flattering at all. If you are not skinny....all the print does is make your thighs look HUGE.

In my area it's all done by churches

The evidence is pointing to the cause of many allergies being a sheltered upbringing.
The idea is that if you always “protect” your child from everything because there’s a slight possibility that he/she might be allergic then the body won’t learn how to deal with them. Especially at an early age.
Overprotective mothers are literally making an entire generation of allergic people.
This method of thinking is also a big contributor to autoimmune diseases in developed nations.

So are the lil punk kids being brought in from bad neighborhoods by their mom and them.
If they are respectful and don't act greedy, I don't mind it. In fact, I want those kids to have the best time ever. The issue comes when you have a band of teenagers rolling through cleaning out entire bowls left by people who took their own kids trick or treating.

I don't even get trick or treaters in my neighborhood. All the old folks keep their porch light off.

Yep, hence why I made my comment about eating peanut butter daily if I was pregnant.
I think they even now recommend introducing some of these foods (in small amounts) earlier to a baby to help prevent allergies.

Thanks to Trunk or Treat, my kid was able to have a Halloween last year.

here was this house down the street and the front was enclosed by a brick wall with a rod iron gate door. Every Halloween, the woman would dress up like a witch with a huge cast iron pot with punch with dry ice in it and she would dare the brave to drink her potion and she would pass it in between the bars. It was so cool when I was a kid. We're ruining our children's experiences to spare the feelings of adults. It's absurd.

Best part was riding around on my bike as a kid and taking the entire bowl.

The baptist church ruins Halloween for kids. The baptist church in my area owns the house right across the street from me, where the Baptist preacher lives and they promote shite for Halloween every year. "Come join us for a safe, family trick or treat experience".
If you never scared little kids from all races, mainly a race that isn't white, until they dropped their bag of candy then went take their bag.. You never experienced halloween.

That sucks for your little one.
He's okay with it. Part of normal life now. He's been near cracked peanut shells at a baseball game but nobody actively eating them. I don't know if peanut dust would cause the reaction. You mentioned Nutter Butters in another response and that's how we found out. We gave him a Nutter Butter at 2 years old and after about five minutes he vomited and broke out in a rash over his entire trunk. Testing keeps showing the allergy so it's not remitted, unfortunately.
My worry is that one night in college he'll get drunk and have some buddies egging him on to eat a peanut. Don't know if it'll impact his breathing but he will have some form of anaphylaxis

You live in a rural area? That's the only reason I see for it, when house are spaced out by hundreds of yards and driveways are streets named after the owner.

I do thank God, however, for yoga pants. My youngest’s elementary school pickup que is a smoke-show of 30 y/o x-fit moms desperately hanging in to the best body of their lives.

That’s scary as hell, dude. I have one that’s allergic to only some forms of soy. It makes his lips and face swell so badly that he has to get the epi pen. Only had to shoot him twice, but you never completely shake it. Testing is brutal, though.

Always hated it when we would hold out our sack and the guy would grab a handful of popcorn and drop it on top of our stuff.
