I'm sure the arguing in this thread is fun, but Trump needs to get his key allies to coalesce with a strategy to take a flame thrower to the DOJ, FBI, CIA and whatever else is out there.
Needs to pull whatever federal funding available from NYC and let the place collapse.
Hurt them by eliminating the tax credits that were restored to these cities after his tax cuts ended.
The time for a gameplan is now so if he is elected, things run swiftly and not look like a boat of madmen with no direction again.
