So roe v wade stood for almost 50 years but only now after Trump puts his yes men does it get struck down. Sure nothing odd about that

Roe wade was always a bad ruling, tell Congress to nut the hell up and pass a bill.
While I agree with what it did, the gay marriage ruling was also trash. Congress needs to do it's fricking job and make some laws for once.

No it isn’t, but it is the rule of the court to follow the constitution which it did not. Roe v Wade was absolutely constitutional it wasn’t until Trump started to pack the court with far right Christian nationalists did it change. This was 100% a political movement
Supreme Court appointments are always political. The party in power will appoint who aligns with them every time. The timing of the last two appointments didn't favor the Democrats. The next time could very well not favor the Republicans. Just how it is.

Pretty much this. Make whatever it is the law of the land so it's not subject to a SC ruling. Otherwise, we have to accept the possibility of it changing.

pack the court
trump did not make 2 justices die and 1 retire. he appointed justices as openings came available, and if a (D) president would have been in office with a (D) senate, then the appointments would have been guaranteed (D) justices.
it's only OK for democrats to appoint left leaning DEI justices. anything else is "packing the court", 100% political, and a far right christian nationalist nazi insurrection!

The GOP are the ones fricking over the working class and they have been for decades. The GOP is more obsessed with aiding corporations and the rich than helping out the average American. Any new legislation that aids poor or middle class Americans is called socialism meanwhile we bailout corporations and give massive tax benefits and cuts to the ultra rich
they've successfully brainwashed conservatives that "if they can tax a billionaire 40% then they can tax you that much!" except the proposed laws only tax people making over 400K a year which damn near no one on this board makes

Show us in Constitution what court didn’t follow.

Show us again.
Also what about all those years under the Constitution before the Roe decision?

Now do court appointments and gay marriage.
Also considering one Trump pick wrote the opinion that legislated a new definition for the term sex (as in biological sex) in one of the old Title employment laws to include transgender and sexuality/homosexuality how far right and christian nationalist could they be?

this is the first time in US history a state court is trying to jail a former president. this is the first time in US history an opposing political candidate is potentially jailed. both of those records have stood since 1789.
statues of the founding fathers stood in cities for hundreds of years until they were unceremoniously torn down by the queers and dregs of society.
muh 50 years

Don’t even bother to try to reason with people who force womyn to give birth and deny reproductive healthcare to trans womyn

Oh really want to go that route because one I’m well aware of Hunter being a nepobaby and if you want to go after Biden for dirty politics there then fricking do it. Biden has actually committed some crimes none of which seem to have really brought up here they’re more obsessed with rumors and false accusations ironically enough.
But if we’re talking about family deals with foreign nations let’s talk about Jaren Kushner’s $2 billion deal with Saudis and how Trump continues to back the Saudis despite their own genocide or how the murdered an American journalist
Yeah, I will go that route since Kushner was a member of the administration and not a crackhead using piece of shite like Hunter Biden. Bring it, you Woke bitch.
