Dayummm. My house note is $1,300/mth for a 2500 sq. ft. house built new in 2021 in a nice neighborhood. Of course, i had some equity applied to the down payment from the sale of my previous house.
Two comments:
1. Do you need a 2500? I will stress need? b/c if you do and if it's for work to pull trailers, equipment, etc, then you don't need a pimped out model. You could have bought a used one for less than half that price and it would have gotten the job done.
2. If you have to take a 7 year loan on a truck, then you shouldn't have bought it.
Try and sell it now, you will lose money, but you need to get out of that right now.

I knew a guy that was so far upside down on a trade in, he had to purchase two new vehicles. They couldn't get a loan funded on one vehicle because too much negative equity, they had to spread the negative equity over two different loans.

When I was buying my Honda Ridgeline there was a guy looking at a new Pilot Elite with the HPD gold rims. He was one table over from me. Salesman comes back and said best he could do was $1200 a month for 84 months. Guy said let’s do it. I was like WTF? My sales guy said he was upside down on his trade by $15K but wanted that new car smell. Dude was going to pay $101K for a Honda Pilot. People can be total dumbasses when it comes to new cars

New with over 6,000 miles
Probably a dealer demo. It can be considered new if never titled.

Damn, that truck cost almost 3 times what I paid for my house though I bought it 25 years ago.
And any vehicle with 6000 miles on it ain't new

My parents paid 69K for a newly built tri level house on an acre in 1985.

Bought a 2019 f250 king ranch with the 6.7 a year ago with 108,000 miles. Runs like a dream and looks about brand new inside and out for $45k. Sticker new was $92,000. Sorry to say that’s what you have look forward to and why I’ll never buy another new car. I ain’t poor but I would need a lot more in the bank to justify spending 150k plus on something worth half that in 5 years.

"New" with 6k miles.
If I had to guess it was rolled forward.
