Big Lee was a self proclaimed celebrity of Metry and a LSU "superfan". He had been accused of rape and many other sleazy activities in the past and was hated by many people. He had a 10 year feud going on with his 78 year old neighbor and fckd with him for the last time by spraying the inside of his vehicle with a garden hose. The old man gets out of car and puts a round in his side dropping him dead.

If I had a neighbor like that I would have enough common sense to not spray water inside his truck. Apparently, Big Lee was lacking this common sense.

Old boy is screwed if he was known for that type of behavior. He could have tried to play the temporary insanity card, but if he went around whipping his gun out all of the time, he's just an old a-hole.
