I'm just spit balling here but I believe most people are bashing Big Lee because he has been accused of rape and many other creepy things with females. I've heard about this behavior years ago and when there is that much smoke there is usually a fire. Yeah he was a nice guy in person but some creepy shite went down in that house.

I live next to someone exactly like the old man, but my neighbor doesn't draw down on everyone all of the time (like the old man did).
She'd call me a prick, but I'd call her a nut job bitch who thinks she runs the neighborhood. Same type of person as this old guy evidently was. As evident from some interactions, Lee wasn't a complete prick all of the time, and was perfectly fine to a lot of people.
I could input my exact situation into this thing (sans the pistol). In fact, she snuck outside and tried to steal something out of my yard last, but stopped when she saw me. This was at 12:30am. Once she saw me, she acted like she was just there to water her plants, and proceeded to water them....at 12:30am.
Would I like to beat the shite out of her? You bet your arse. Would I be justified in doing so? Nope
