What’s the point of posts like this? You have no clue yet you’re still going let us know what your uneducated guess is?

Put a cup of water in each freezer and after it freezes place a penny on top.

When you get back, you can tell if the power was out and anything thawed in the freezer.

As long as you and your loved ones survive, a hurricane won't ruin your life. People are strong. Life goes on.

this mf is shifting west with every update

Until it organizes more its just so hard to predict when that rotation will turn it. It'll probably shift west some more, but I'd say its likely pretty close to what the models are showing right now. But, the models are showing a really broad area.

The northern gulf coast would be out of commission from the Big Bend to LA and you could end up with epic flooding in New Orleans. I’d argue it would be akin to two major hurricanes hitting rather than one and would tie up an insane amount of resources to fix, not to mention beach erosion on an epic scale as it pulled sand offshore.

The worst part is if that happened it would be at the start of hurricane season and basically cause severe damage along most of the gulf coast weakening structures. With this years projected setup, the odds of more storms hitting that same area later in the season are significant

At this point pray it blows up early and misses some islands. That will ensure it feels that trough and turns NE

not many casinos still have buffets.

The Palace, the Beau, and Treasure Bay are the only ones that still have buffets in Biloxi. The Hard Rock will only do theirs a for special occasions. Further west, Island View, Hollywood, and Silver Slippa have buffets to draw that Louisiana fatty crowd.

Sounds like plenty casinos still have buffets

After going through 2 hurricanes in 2020 I don’t wish having to deal with insurance companies on my worst enemy.

Big picture shows increasing precipitable water and not much dry air nearby.

You can also see the front/trough moving into Missouri and Iowa that will probably get to east coast too early to pick it up and kick it away from Gulf.

My "guess" was very educated. It's not my fault they started moving the cone like never before. All I can do is take the scientific data available to me and piece together the most likely landfall scenario based on the information collected.
