Now that development chances are at 20% in the 2 day, we should get an Invest Tag on it today. Which should also mean we get HWRF and HMON model runs on it

The northern gulf coast would be out of commission from the Big Bend to LA and you could end up with epic flooding in New Orleans.

I’d argue it would be akin to two major hurricanes hitting rather than one and would tie up an insane amount of resources to fix, not to mention beach erosion on an epic scale as it pulled sand offshore.
