This is what happens when you tell young black people that the only reason you're getting stopped by the cops is because you are black. There's no personal accountability here as to why he was stopped (probably for something minor like speeding or an expired registration). This is why I disagree with BLM

I want to know what happened before he started recording. I’m gonna guess he wasn’t following orders, just like he did on the entirety of the video. We are making traffic stops harder than they have to be and the videoing has gotten to the point where it is counterproductive for everyone.

That was the very definition of Passive Resistance. Case law already determines resistance can be met with force. This is the same as the old sit-ins where they just sit and/or chain themselves to an immovable object.

And resisting arrest is a valid charge for passively resisting.
