Here's the kicker, a ticket on a reservation (not sure about if they are off the reservation) goes to Federal Court. No fun like getting hauled in front of a Federal Judge at the U.S. District Courthouse for 45 in a 30. The court costs are nothing to sneeze at either.

Yep, they are stopping people for seat belts, inspection stickers, etc. Now marksville has city police, state police, sheriffs dept and tribal police all stopping people in one small town.

This. I was just going to say they are probably looking for warm bodies now that two of Marksvilles former finest are behind bars.

Guys, for future reference, this is what gambling does to a community. It sucks the life out of it, and all that's left is for the local govt to take funds at the point of a gun
