No we don't know. We don't know what possessed him to carry a knife. We don't know why AM decided to put his hands on KA. I guess KA's alleged "touch me and find out" was enough of a challenge for AM's 17 y.o. brain -- the same AM who said he didn't want to fight at a track meet. What we do know is that LA had no priors unlike many kids of many races his age amd that he was a team captain with a 3.7 GPA. What I know and what I was taught starting with Pre-K was to keep your hands to yourself. That being said, both were wrong and both families are suffering. I am 100% confident that he didn't wake up on April 2, 2025 and decide to kill a white boy. But you do you and believe what you want.

You are either an illogical retard or an absolute piece of shite

The team captain and GPA horseshite makes me want to give you the benefit of the doubt and say you’re the former

Sure he did. That's why he brought an illegal knife to a high school track meet and invaded another schools safe space.
He planned it and believed he could get away with it. He was raised to believe he could get away with it.

This is why the black community stays at the bottom.

They want to release a murderer back into their community.

The coach for Memorial (AM's school) is Rob Starr and he is African American.

I know you are responding to a comment about the coach’s race, but do you think this one coach was the only coach or staff that was there that day for memorial? A white coach or staff being first one involved or asked was very likely.

Regardless the same coach you mentioned was the one who put Austin as one of the leaders of the area that day and pushed it to be team members only.

On the stand Anthony’s black coach said he expected his players to leave if asked. Anthony ignored that expectation.

Other defense witnesses said they would not go to another team’s area in the first place.

All it should have taken was being asked to leave. Thats it, and normally not an issue. Besides putting his hands on Anthony when challenged to do so thats all Austin did. Austin even communicated he was not going to fight him. Anthony was asked 10 to 15 times including a few times by other students.

You have to realize that in a civilized school/district with civilized students the high school students were given the responsibility to watch their areas and be respectful of others. It worked for decades without a murder.

Why could other blacks and whites from other teams follow for years what Anthony could not follow without murdering that day? He was the outlier and the thug that day had been pushed onto decent kids of all races who had zero expectation of thug behavior and murder in this situation. “This is Frisco” was one witness’s words on any believe of Anthony having a weapon that day.

Your constant harping on this is just showing that you think that Austin was partially at fault for his own murder. Blaming the victim when perp is black and the victim is white is such an affluent white liberal female thing to do.

27% to 45% of murderers are first-time offenders who have absolutely no prior arrest or criminal record. Being that he jumped from petty crime to murder at age 17 says something.

Being a team captain and having a nice GPA means absolutely frickall. I don't know why you think that's some indication that he is a good kid.

Your continued victim blaming is pathetic.

the dumbest race in America. I can see why people in Wyoming and Montana and Vermont and Utah are always so happy. They don't have to deal with those people ever.

What I know is I've been in fights at school and didn't murder the guy.

I got in a scuffle at the lockers in the AM and later that day we ate lunch together and laughed it off.

You're being stupid and putting words where there never have been.

AM could have gotten an adult or a coach because things were going south. The argument was reportedly starter by the twin (HM) who got AM involved.

Just because you never needed adults at your track meets in the 70s or whenever, doesn't mean that the 2025 track meet attendees didn't.

Every situation is different and more than one thing can be true at the same time.

We know that the testimony of both the prosecution and defense witnesses indicated that KA escalated the situation
after
Several people asked him to leave the tent

which as a captain of the track team, and this not being his first event
KA knew he was not supposed to be in another team's tent

White people didn't drag him to the tent

So while he may not have woken up that morning intending on killing a white kid he did put a knife,
no one else placed the knife in his backpack,
then take the backpack with him to another team's tent, which was not supposed to be in
and after several other people asked him to leave the tent, he chose of his own free will to stab the next kid who asked him to leave the tent

and the defense I offer no explanation as to why he had the knife or why he was in the other teams tent

You cannot provoke an individual into attacking to give you the pretext of attacking them. Texas law is crystal fricking clear that you lose all claims to self defense when this occurs.

Armed with a knife, KA repeatedly goaded the victim to touch him and find out. KA alone is responsible for his fate and the fate of Austin Metcalf. Get bent with your ridiculous argument.
