Is that how many votes for your posts (or against your posts)?

And did you get AI to do that?

I feel like the prosecutor could've gone hard on the character witnesses against Karmelo to get as harsh a sentence as possible, but chose not to.

I definitely feel like he's trying not to run up the score because of the shite show outside. I wonder if the Austin's family regrets forgoing their moment to speak before sentencing with the DA agreeing to now allow sudden passion? Shifting some blame onto their son is pretty foul

I think he’s trying to thread the line between dominating the trial and becoming off putting to the jury by dunking too hard.

And they only agreed to let sudden passion go to the jury—it doesn’t mean they’ll apply it. Given the brevity of their deliberations on the verdict, I don’t think it’s a given at all that the jury will apply it.

It is the sum of upvotes and downvotes.

It is a simple script I run. You can probably get one of the chatbots to write something for you.

I mean the jury was dunking pretty hard from the free-throw line when they came back with a guilty verdict in under 3 hours.

They absolutely polled when they first got in there, elected a foreman, ate lunch and then made small talk for a little while.

This murderer wouldn’t have listened to a white adult either

The coach for Memorial (AM's school) is Rob Starr and he is African American.

you’re basically saying kids can’t handle disputes among themselves if a black male is involved because they’re too prone to violence

I said the murderer wouldn’t have listened to a white adult if the victim would have abandoned his area and went and told on him.

She responds that the coach was black and because of that the murderer would have listened.

At some point you have to be a civilized member of society and not have to constantly be corrected and disciplined by those older than you. Juniors and seniors in high school are that age.

You are way too hung up on finding ways the situation could have been avoided.

There’s no value or relevance in that. It wasn’t avoided. This isn’t a civil negligence case—there is no failure to mitigate analysis.

I know. But I’m the one who brought up that the murderer wouldn’t have listened to a white adult so I wanted to explain that the idiot I was interacting with didn’t start with the race of the adult.

Read what I responded to.

He or she said Karmelo wouldn't have listened to a white adult but the coach of Memorial was AA, making that statement irrelevant.

Not what I am saying at all.

So there's no difference between a white male coach and an African American male coach and the way kids may respond to their discipline?
