Agreed and kinda stunning isn't it?
This SMU Law prof's SSRI fueled brain somehow concludes that we should undo 160-years of progress in establishing that "all men are created equal" by segregating the all inclusive "reasonableness" standard by the color of someone's skin.
Really shocks the conscience that a law professor would come out and publicly say that in 2026.
1954 called and they want their racist legal theory back ... and she pulls this the week before Juneteenth no less.
She'll be celebrated though. And probably get some sort of award.

It really shouldn't. If you have been paying attention, this would not surprise you at all. Progressives are evil. Period.

I don’t have high hopes for a murder conviction

I've lost a lot of your friends in bodies and water and dense woods, just FYI.

Watching the live stream outside the courthouse now. Impressive how many people got off work to stand outside for the verdict!

Yeah there could've been a few jurors that quickly said they will never agree to this being murder so they moved to manslaughter immediately.
I hope not, but it's possible.
I do agree it feels like murder, but you never know.

Clown world.
And it blows my mind that it's 2026 and we've regressed to this point.

Always amazing how lenient employers are for protesting.
