Chet Lemon’s Juice Haven’t heard that name in a long time.

Played against you several times I’m sure, Mr. 4th rounder.

Keep it in a thermos and they will have no idea what you’re drinking.

Which one? There are 4,789 world series now. Hell the kids I see now get rings after every tournament.

My son said, "Why did we get this? We didn't win anything." After finishing second in a tournament before we quit travel ball. One of my more proud moments.

My nephew plays on a team in Texas that is going to one of these "World Series" in Destin.

That team was ridiculous. I only pitched for them and only during my last year of travel ball so I don’t really consider myself a part of their organization, although they were great folks.

90% of my travel ball days were with a little neighborhood team from my hometown called the Red Dogs. My mom helped run a Miller distributor back then and somehow landed us the rights to Red Dog branding. Our unis were basically a can of Red Dog beer, if that’s gives you any indication whether our parents were sneaking in booze to our games or not

Do teams still design pins and take them to trade at big events? This was ours

My son basically did the same thing. Threw his ring in the trash on the way out of the park after losing in the finals. I thought he was displaying bad sportsmanship until I asked him why he did that. He said, "We shouldn't get a ring for not winning the tournament".

My wife has a big purse. I put a large flask of my booze of the day, bring a big yeti cup of ice, and drink all afternoon. Pretty easy. Nobody cares, and all the parents have the same idea. I get the hate, but I enjoy watching my kid's progress in the game and watching him have fun with his friends.

Travel ball “World Series” is more watered down than the LHSAA playoff split.

9 champions and gets a trophy.

I thank God that my son isn’t interested in travel ball.

Drink plenty and just know one day when your young baw is in the league that this one is where it started it all. Get the ring box ready.

I thought the trophies were out and the rings were in. A young travel ball baller showed me his hardware a couple of weeks back.

I remember beating the Juice back in 1994 in a Panama City tournament. They were stacked, but so were we. That was our one tournament we played in that year and it was really a trip for the families just to go to the beach. I can't believe the Chet Lemon School of Baseball is still a thing.

Not only are there a new World Series every week during the summer in10 different cities/states, but there are also 3-6 champions per age group every week because they have so many brackets per age group
