Travel ball parents, are awful. There are ways to stay pretty local and play good competition. We stayed away from baseball, but did get into lacrosse. Made it to 7th grade before any tournaments started happening. It's the same scenarios. We went to Dallas for a big one and played teams from all over the country.

This says so much more about the mental health (or lack of) required to broadcast one’s life to strangers and the mental health (or lack of) to shite on the lives of strangers.

she was giving advice on how she raised kids to take responsibility of their own academics and how they handled act prep and considering one made a perfect score and the other a 35...maybe she is on to something
