It's going to be "feels like temp" 105 tomorrow, we play at 1:15 pm and 3:00 pm.

These fricks send this crap today indicating we must wear mask, I understand wearing them inside but this is bullsheet.

ALL SPECTATORS must wear a face covering over the nose and mouth at Baseball Nation events. Even when wearing a face covering, spectators must follow CDC Social Distancing guidelines and stay at least 6 feet from other persons outside of their immediate household.

Likewise, players and coaches must wear a face covering over the nose and mouth until they take the field for their game. At the conclusion of the game, all players and coaches must wear a face covering over the nose and mouth before exiting the playing field.

If coaches, players and/or spectators refuse to follow Governor Abbott's Executive Order GA-29 and wear a face covering over the nose and mouth, Baseball Nation reserves the right to remove the individual(s) from the ballpark. If the problem persists, the team will be removed from the event and forfeit their tournament fees.

That's just cya. No one is going to enforce that. Travel ball is to make money. They don't make money paying a bunch of people wages. Thus, they won't have a mask police.

Eta: someone might remind you as you enter, but no one is going to throw you out.

Good luck with that. Personally, if they expect you to distance, then that should be enough. And as a side note, those masks for the players are going to be some kind of nasty with dirt and sweat and so on. Put it on -- take it off -- put it in a bag -- play -- get mask out of bag with dirty hands -- put it on -- repeat. NASTY.

If you people would follow the rules and stay home with your mask on we would’ve flattened the virus by now!

In Arkansas we've had very similar to that since we reopened baseball first of June.

It is HIGHLY enforced. I mean extremely. Those guys running the tournament don't want to get shut down by the city so they have tons of people walking around monitoring. I've seen people escorted out because they didn't have it on. 1 warning is what they say. They're not playing around here.

Read the mandate. Poke as many holes in to it as you can. Profit.

Ours over here in Louisiana is riddled with garbage. Can pretty much do anything you want as long as you carry around a snack or a water bottle.

I’d be standing or sitting behind the center field fence away from everyone. Simple fix.

Same thing in BR this weekend

There is no way they are going to keep young kids from playing together & people social distanced

They are making the rule to CYA, I doubt they enforce it

In LA the governor’s order clearly says if you are eating or drinking you don’t have to wear a mask....so all you have to do is drink water and you are exempt. The attorney general confirmed this in his review of the mandate.

This is what you get when you call your team the Conundrums. Should have gone with the Yankees.
