I’m 56 and still wear a silver St. Christopher, my girlfriend ( now wife of 35 years) gave it to me when I was 14, will not ever stop wearing it.

religious symbols are a cheesedick move? huh?

I also have a Saint Christopher in my truck that was given to me and about 3 bibles in my house. Is that cheesy to you?

I wear Jesus Malverde on my chain, for that last 7 or 8 years he's brought me good luck., actually really good luck.

Yeah, it's stays tucked in.

Why would another grown arse man worry about what a different grown arse man wears ? Sure I agree some shite is silly.

I grew up at a time when the only jewelry a man wore was a wedding ring and a watch.

I could understand if it was a Homer Simpson pendant, but religious symbols mean a lot more that to the people that wear them.

They mean something to people and it has meaning to them that goes way beyond fashion. Might not be the best time of year to be discussing this.

I wore a chain in high school in '89.

Met my girlfriend's dad for the first time and he takes one look at my gold chain and says "what are you some kind of pussy,Only girls wear necklaces"

Men wearing jewelry other than a wedding ring is an attention whore move.

It’s a way for men to advertise their psychological issues.

I wear a stainless steel chain with a cross pedant. The cross is formed by 3 nails and on the back is engraved “It is finished” of John 19:30

It’s my daily reminder of the greatest gift to mankind ever. Jesus’ sacrifice was the ultimate expression of God’s love towards us. It’s gone with me through thick and then these past 5 years. In a professional environment I put it in my shirt but otherwise I’ll have it out.
