I have a stainless steel St Christopher. But I never wear it. And if I did, it would be tucked into my shirt and nobody would know it.

Like everything else in fashion it goes in and out. Men's jewelry except maybe cufflinks and watches have been out quite a while. I imagine it is poised for a return. Even so I can't imagine me ever wearing a necklace unless or until I need a Life Alert.
