I’ve got mixed feelings on this.
That was truly a trashtastic moment, and there’s 50 better ways to take away your kids’ phones, but she showed some moxie in attempting to counteract the corrosive influence of social media and obsessive mobile phone culture on her children.

We’ve had to deal with these types of issues with my son and ironically my 70 year old FIL. Turn the service off and very quickly the lines of communication open up.

Also, It's apropos that she "take back my role as parent" because looking at those kids it's obvious some parental figure has been asleep at the wheel. Shooting birds and motherfricking the mom to her face.
