Beautiful campus. Never been to an Ivy League school but imagine this as a smaller version.
That being said, went to a FB game there and the first thing from the PA system was “a recognition that we are playing this game on stolen grounds taken from the XYZ tribe”.
At that point this was no longer a college option. Minnesota is gone. Much like the rest of the country, the big cities are driving this indoctrination. And it’s working.

i’m not Catholic, but i just don’t see the motivation for the Catholic church to bend the knee like this. what do they lose if they don’t?

They believe they can grow their congregation if they become more inclusive and will most likely try to shame people into buying into it as well. They’re the Catholic Church so shaming folks is their thing.

I would be willing to bet they are the cafeteria Catholics varietal who only want to espouse their Catholicism as a defense to support some leftist agenda or ideology, rather than being in communion with the Church, participating in receiving the Sacraments, and praying that they may better understand and accept the teachings. Case-in-point, Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi amongst others.
