I've rarely seen a transgender person that doesn't look transgender. The only thing that can be a bit ambiguous is that it's not always clear if they're MTF trans or if they're FTM trans. But you can almost tell that they're trans.

Posted it on the internet seeking some sort of justice, and there were people in comments echoing their sentiment!
