After about a month or so the cravings slow down. One of the best things I did when I was getting the craving I would hop in the shower. You have to find anything to do that you cannot do while smoking ...

I lay in the the tub with very hot or very cold water for 30 minutes and it help 90 percent of the time....

I would stop smoking. At age 42 had a triple bypass and ever time I see a young person smoking I want to show them my scars and let them hear me trying to breathe after walking for 2 to 3 minutes.
Ps if you can hear me from on top of this soap box.
