Well hell I didn't know that. I just learned he was married to a woman and is a trans woman. I was caught up in the hotness.
My apologies Mrs NWarty

but that intolerance, as noted by this thread, is very alive and well...
I'm tolerant of other people as long as their decisions don't impact me or my family

At my former job, the owner of the company was a former pastor and his C positions were all fellow church-goers or friends. I was treated pretty poorly by my immediate supervisor once I came out (who was a Jehovah’s Witness). I’m in a much better place now with a very good quality of life.

I didn’t realize this earlier in our exchange that you were. If a mature adult identifies as trans woman, such as yourself, I respect that. It’s the pushing of an agenda on impressionable kids that I draw a line at. No 8 year old should be going by “they.” That’s the parent talking, not the kid. There are so many hormonal imbalances, outside influences etc adolescents deal with that it’s preposterous to push kids in that direction. There are exceptions of course but It’s very much a fad or affectation among younger, progressive elements in society. Not to mention bending societal norms for 1 percent of the population, ie some 6’ 4” trans kid leaving a young girl with a severe concussion in a volleyball match.

i absolutely agree with you on this.... that being said, what's the "age of reason", so to speak, when it comes to coming out, transitioning, etc., for you?
according to NWarty, he knew very early on, at 6 that he felt different, so he had to live, not necessarily on his own terms for a while, but at what age would you be comfortable with people being able to exercise their own individual liberty and freedom to live as they see fit?

You're in the minority.
By alot.
Pretty simple:
If you have a penis, you use the men's bathroom. If you have a vagina, you use the women's bathroom.
Is that too complicated?

Certainly don’t endorse violence or disrespecting someone’s humanity, but I don’t feel remotely bad calling a spade and spade and saying that the entire concept of gender identity is meaningless.

don’t call myself female, and I say transwoman. Like I’m fully aware I’m biologically male. I’m not sure why so many folks think that I’m denying that.
As a representative of the gay population I wish people would stop using the term "trans" as there is absolutely no such thing. Sex and gender are one in the same. Basic science tells you that if you're born xx chromosome you can never "trans" to become xy. Calling yourself a different sex is called lying. You live your life the way you want but you don't have the right to say people have to agree with you. This lying "trans" movement is hurting gay and lesbians so start your own group because we do not want you with us.

I don’t think they belong in the men’s locker room. But I also think the girl’s locker room is a very bad idea too.

It’s the agenda pushing I don’t agree with at all. I don’t give a shite what trannies do in the privacy of their own homes. If people are born this way or it’s a decision, whatever. Just keep it away from my kids.
Well how are they supposed to brainwash more kids into it if they don’t have a way to shove it down their throats?
The 4000% rise in it show their methods of transmitting the social contagion are wildly effective

Very simple fix only use xx or xy bathrooms. Same for sports and everything else. You can take all the pills and mutilate any part of your body and you still will be the gender you were born as

I mean, I’ve known since I was six years old, so I had plenty of time and I would imagine she did also. The majority of transpeople I know my age had the same experience.
Did you look like a freak before "transitioning" like that tranny Biden doctor? Dude looked like a creepy nightmare clown before he became a tranny. You could tell he was always fricked up looking at him.

I’ll default to the terms that medical professionals and psychologists coined decades and decades ago. You want to argue labels, get your own doctorate and take it up with them.
Btw, I’m not going to re-hash old arguments with you regarding the t-component, but don’t forget you’re not that far removed from being unable to marry, or that you would have been thrown into jail during my lifetime. You’re a “pick me” in the same way Blaire White is.

I'll get downvoted into oblivion on this but I don't give 2 shits about it. I do think it's morally wrong though and the people who do that will answer for it at some point

so, what's your solution? what would you have them do? where is it acceptable, in your opinion, for them to use the restroom, or change, etc?
to me it's more awkward to make a trans woman use the men's room, considering they'd be dressed as woman and that in and of itself would be out of place in a men's room... plus, women's rooms are ALL stalls... each person has their own privacy, so there's damn near no way you'd know the person in the other stall is transgender or not... and the fact that a transwoman, again, is more often than not, NOT interested sexually in women, yeah, there ain't much to worry about there, in my opinion...
