Trans Am Worldwide will offer the 70/SS with multiple packages and yes, the top-tier promises no less than 1,500 horsepower. Specific details on the engine aren't available, but the company says the range-topper is the LS6/X 454 with two turbochargers making "1,500 streetable rear wheel horsepower." Only 25 of these monsters will be built.

For those wanting something less extreme but still bonkers, a 6.4-liter (396 cubic-inch) V8 with 900 hp (671 kW) is available. The starting point for the 70/SS is the Camaro's standard 450 hp (336-kW) LT1 V8. Automatic or manual transmissions are available, as are upgraded suspension, wheels, and brakes. Buyers can choose from eight heritage colors or ten modern shades for the exterior, or if there's a specific color you want, customization is welcome.

What happens when you need to make a turn?

It's really not an attractive car - for $150k I think I'll buy something a little more aesthetically pleasing. I don't need 1500 horses - that's ridiculous

Would be fun to drive but I can think of tons of better uses for 150k than an automobile. I'd imagine Jay Leno is getting one of the 25 1500hp models.

Do red and black with GTX rims and it would look good.
I’d buy one for under 70k but not 150

I’d rather buy an original Chevelle

Might be cheaper to buy an original chevelle. $150K? Get outta here with that crap.

That is a really ugly vehicle

I'd rather pay for a REAL 1970, 1971, or 1972 Chevelle SS.

My dad still talks about his 68 Chevelle to this day and racing GTO's.
Said he could take a GTO in quarter but would get smoked after that..
