Yes I can confirm it is a railroad car that fell off the bridge and several others are off the tracks which is why the bridge is now shut down until further notice.

"Falling from the Huey P" is a little disingenuous. Yeah they fell from the structure (maybe). But that's far from the bridge where the tracks gradually lower.
