Pompeii, cinque terre and Florence. Where do you spend the two days and why? You can split the days one and one if desired.

only ever been to Florence and it was cool. Actually going to Italy in two weeks and will hit Florence as well as Pompeii among other things. Still won't have been to Cinque Terre and it looks cool so that's unfortunate.

What do you enjoy about traveling most?

Florence was by far the best city on my Italy trip.

Cinque Terre looks incredible though

Florence was great. Never been to Cinque Terre but it looks much more relaxing. I would say it depends on what you'd rather do.

I've been to Pompei...it was pretty cool but if I had to choose two of the three I'd rather Florence and Cinque Terre.

I never understand why people want to visit Italy... you do realize it's full of Italians?

Been to Florence and Cinque Terra. Both are amazing. You can't go wrong splitting or spending the 2 days in either one. Can't comment on Pompeii.

If I had it to do over and only had 2 days, I might go to the Cinque Terra. It is so beautiful. Spend a whole day and take the hike along the coast and visit all give villages. Eat, drink wine, walk through vineyards, etc. Then, the second day, take the train and spend more time in your favorite villages and explore more. A great way to spend 2 days.

But, you could do something similar in Florence, which is also amazing. It just depends on what you like.

for you guys who have been to Tuscany, i'll be on my honeymoon in June for a week. Have a place in Tuscany right out of Siena. We definitely plan one day of touring the local vineyards. We want to go to Florence. We also plan on doing a day along the coast of Tuscany. What would be recommendations for must see spots?
