WB expressway was a parking lot for over 2 hours. I think a lot of those people have turned around and gone home (like me).

Weather channel keeps showing live footage of new orleans to show how it is yet they keep showing the quarter which is like the highest part of the city.

stolen from the Barry thread... if the levees in NOLA are at 20 feet... and the Miss. River is now going to rise to 20 feet... am I the only 1 concerned here?

I'm starting to get very concerned about this. My wife is supposed to have a Procedure done Monday in Nola [that we have spent a ton of money on as well] that HAS to be done Monday because it's all about timing.

Not currently, but the atmosphere is ripe with moisture so anything can pop up potentially.

And then obviously theres 92L off in the distance.
