Pea sized hail do about 5 minutes mixed in with very heavy rain. Almost done here.

I don't know about that because the weird thing is how there's almost no wind. The trees are completely still

It's gust "potential". It's just an algorithm.

Yeah they took the lazy approach, but, to be fair, Jackson had individual warnings all over the place and rotations were moving between warnings. I think they just said "screw it, we'll warn the whole line in BR."

I don't think I've ever seen a NWS office do a blanket warning with a tornado warning. Usually they just do a large severe thunderstorm warning and mention there could be some tornadoes in it.
