He’s saying the polygons aren’t to scale.

Maybe poor construction quality is leading to more damage than it should experience?

I have not driven by, myself, that's my neighborhood "big" grocery and my cousin works there; from the photograph yesterday, it appears that the false gable got shorn off. That thing is a sail, it gets ripped off in any significant wind event.

Damn you higher than Nederland. You must be in Breck? Are you in Seth’s weather group on FB?

The latest GFS puts North AL below freezing on the 23rd and we don't get above freezing until the 29th. We'd bottom out in the low single digits, and not get above 40° until after the first of the year.

You have to actually click on the date and look at night for 12/24.

TWC app shows rain and snow to snow. Your app follows that.

That's the other thing...it's varying by zip code. Central says snow showers, BR says rain and snow.

This is a good trend overall 7-10 days out.

I just surveyed tornado damage in Iberia Parish and then met with local officials. Afterwards, I spoke with media. You can watch video of that press briefing here:[/img]

Yeah I looked for me and it shows a sunny day.

But a couple of the maps that were posted earlier shows a couple inches of snow next Friday

And, as expected, the drought is looking a little better. I'm not entirely certain if the rain yesterday is fully represented on today's Drought Monitor, though.

Flying to NOVA next Friday for Christmas. 1-3" expected and cold as frick while I'm there. I guess the silver lining is that Naples will be cold (highs in the low 60's) while I'm gone. Still, I will be freezing my arse off up there and may have snow falling when I arrive which hopefully won't mess up my flight.
