Cluster of tornado producing storms is racing off to the NE out of Louisiana right now. The warm front is rapidly lifting north and will eventually clear all of Alabama, opening up the potential for some strong tornadoes late afternoon into the evening. Watch for cells that form near the warm front as it lifts north or any cells that can fire in the open warm sector. There is a pre-frontal trough pushing through the warm sector that might be just enough to fire off discrete storms. Higher end potential might be unfolding?
